Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or manufacturing support.
• Experience with ERP systems, Excel, customer portals, or order-management software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately through ERP and portals, ensuring pricing, quantities, shipping, and delivery requirements are correct.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, responding to inquiries on orders, availability, pricing, and deliveries.
• Monitor open orders, provide status updates, and coordinate changes, cancellations, and revisions.
• Verify inventory availability, reserve materials, and support product/stock inquiries.
• Coordinate freight quotes, shipment scheduling, delivery requirements, tracking, and transport issues.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, shipment, and claim records while supporting invoicing, reporting, and departmental administrative activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient order fulfillment.
