Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain e-commerce websites, online product catalogs, pricing, and data accuracy.
• Support website development, theme customization and enhancements.
• Develop, manage, and maintain API integrations between systems.
• Use iPaaS to connect business systems and automate workflows.
• Monitor integrations between e-commerce, shipping, and ERP for data flow.
• Identify opportunities to improve website functionality and user experience.
• Evaluate website performance to drive online sales and conversions.
• Provide backup support for sales, purchasing, and inventory processes.
• Troubleshoot website, catalog, and data sync issues with internal/external teams.
• Recommend and implement processes that increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
