L’Oréal’s SalonCentric unit in Clearwater, FL seeks an experienced Manager of eCommerce Merchandising to drive digital performance and on-site customer experience across SalonCentric.com and the SalonCentric App.

You will own category performance, optimize the digital sales funnel through data analytics, and collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Supply Chain and Digital Ops to grow revenue and margin. Leadership of an Assistant Manager is included.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, e-commerce, marketing, finance or related field.
• Experience with digital merchandising and e-commerce platforms preferred.
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate analytics into action.

Responsabilidades

• Owns digital merchandising and site performance for SalonCentric.com and app.
• Tracks CVR, AOV, gross margin vs sales plans daily/weekly.
• Mentors Assistant Manager(s) and partners with cross-functional teams.
• Optimizes PDPs, banners, and collections for conversion and trust.
• Collaborates with SEO/search teams for high-value terms and landing pages.
