You will mentor two digital specialists and collaborate with Product, Creative, Marketing and Leadership to implement strategies, optimize promos, and grow online revenue.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in e-commerce or digital business management.
• Proven success in site merchandising strategies that boosted online KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends from data.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce UX and customer behavior.
• Excellent leadership and team management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; presentation skills.
