SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, invites applications for an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing Analytics (SalonCentric) in Clearwater, FL. The role focuses on forecasting promotion outcomes, segmenting audiences, and measuring engagement within our gamification initiatives.

You will own ETL processes, KPI frameworks, and reporting, collaborating with Loyalty, Digital Marketing, and IT to drive data-driven customer experiences in the beauty industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years analytical experience with forecasting, digital marketing analytics, loyalty analytics.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency is mandatory.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs, customer engagement, gamification.
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Predictive Analytics: develop forecasting models for digital marketing promotions, focusing on gamification.
• Audience Segmentation & Targeting: design and maintain audience segments from SQL databases.
