Job summary

Wellah Nutrition is seeking an Ecommerce Growth Specialist to drive direct-to-consumer revenue by optimizing how customers discover, convert, and stay engaged. You will own on-site conversions, PDPs, AOV strategies, and automated post-purchase retention flows from the Head of Operations & Ecommerce.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of e-commerce, growth, or retention marketing experience.
• Hands-on Shopify proficiency and landing page deployment.
• Experience building email/SMS flows in Klaviyo and running A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch high-converting landing pages and PDPs using AI coding tools, Shogun, and A/B testing.
• Expand AOV and subscriber retention through bundles, upsells, free-shipping thresholds, and Recharge flows.
• Own automated Klaviyo email and SMS lifecycle flows while tracking weekly metrics.
