Job summary

Wellah Nutrition is seeking an Ecommerce Growth Specialist to accelerate on-site conversions and lifecycle flows. You will own PDPs, landing pages, AOV strategies, and automated post-purchase retention, building quickly with AI coding tools and Shogun.

You will run continuous A/B tests, expand AOV, and drive LTV through Klaviyo email/SMS flows, product bundling, and strategic retention initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth, or retention marketing at a DTC brand or agency.
• Ability to ship landing pages independently using AI coding tools (vibe coding) and basic HTML/CSS.
• Experience building email/SMS flows in Klaviyo.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience setting up A/B tests, interpreting conversion data, and driving measurable LTV growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch high-converting landing pages and PDPs rapidly using AI coding tools and Shogun.
• Run continuous A/B tests and iterate on pages to improve conversion rates.
• Expand AOV and subscriber retention via product bundling, upsells, free-shipping thresholds, and Recharge save flows.
• Own automated Klaviyo email and SMS lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back) and align on-site offers with paid ad campaigns.
• Track weekly metrics and use data to drive LTV and retention improvements.
