Job summary

Wellah Nutrition in Lindon, UT is seeking an Ecommerce Growth Specialist to drive online direct-to-consumer revenue by optimizing how customers discover, convert, and stay engaged. You will own on-site conversions, PDPs, AOV strategies, and automated retention flows.

You will build high-converting landing pages with AI coding tools, Shogun, and weekly A/B tests, expand AOV and subscription retention, and manage Klaviyo email/SMS flows to align on-site offers with paid campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in e-commerce growth or retention marketing.
• Hands-on Shopify proficiency.
• Ability to ship landing pages independently using AI coding tools and basic HTML/CSS.
• Experience building email/SMS flows in Klaviyo.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of setting up A/B tests, interpreting conversion data, and driving measurable LTV growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch high-converting landing pages and PDPs rapidly using AI coding tools, Shogun, and continuous A/B testing.
• Expand Average Order Value (AOV) and subscriber retention through strategic product bundling, upsells, free-shipping thresholds, and Recharge save flows.
• Own automated Klaviyo email and SMS lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, win-back) while tracking weekly metrics to align on-site offers with paid ad campaigns.
