Job summary

Wellah Nutrition is seeking an Ecommerce Growth Specialist to accelerate on-site conversions and lifecycle flows. You will own PDPs, landing pages, AOV strategies, and automated post-purchase retention, building quickly with AI coding tools and Shogun.

You will run continuous A/B tests, expand AOV, and drive LTV through Klaviyo email/SMS flows, product bundling, and strategic retention initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in e-commerce, growth, or retention marketing at a DTC brand or agency.
• Ability to ship landing pages independently using AI coding tools (vibe coding) and basic HTML/CSS.
• Experience building email/SMS flows in Klaviyo.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience setting up A/B tests, interpreting conversion data, and driving measurable LTV growth.

• Run continuous A/B tests and iterate on pages to improve conversion rates.

About the Role

Drive direct-to-consumer revenue for Wellah Nutrition by owning on-site conversion optimization, product detail pages, AOV strategies, and automated post-purchase retention flows. Rapidly build and iterate landing pages and lifecycle email/SMS flows using AI coding tools, Shogun, Klaviyo, Recharge, and data-driven A/B testing to grow subscribers and lifetime value.

Role

We are hiring an Ecommerce Growth Specialist to increase online DTC revenue by optimizing discovery, conversion, and retention. You will report to the Head of Operations & Ecommerce and take ownership of on-site conversions, product detail pages, AOV strategies, and automated post-purchase retention flows.
