Qualifications

• Significant experience leading DTC/eCommerce growth for a consumer business.
• Proven track record driving online revenue and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the full DTC funnel, including traffic, conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, digital analytics, CRM, paid media, and performance marketing.
• Highly analytical and comfortable using data to make business decisions.
• Strong commercial instincts and a test-and-learn mindset.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the DTC growth strategy across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversion, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
• Establish KPIs and use performance data to identify opportunities and optimize results.
• Lead ongoing optimization of the eCommerce experience, including site merchandising, promotions, product presentation, and conversion.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to improve the customer journey.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the online shopping experience and drive profitable growth.
• Partner with Paid Media, Creative, CRM, and other marketing functions to drive customer acquisition.
• Develop strategies to improve repeat purchase, retention, and customer lifetime value.
