Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-driven campaigns and drive performance for client brands. You will partner with Client Services, Web, Paid Search and Paid Social to optimize lifecycle programs and deliver data-driven insights.

You’ll manage calendars, deploy targeted emails, and guide cross-functional teams while owning email marketing thought leadership and strategic planning for omni-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience; agency experience preferred.
• Experience leading strategy for an e-commerce brand.
• Familiar with email service providers and automation tools (Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze).
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and high customer satisfaction.
• Experience with client engagements around marketing automation and lead generation.
• Experience in digital advertising and related technologies.
• Comfort with analytics, marketing goals, and data-driven reporting.
• Marketing role experience with lead generation and nurturing; SMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute clients’ lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance and budget goals.
• Lead monthly performance reviews, highlight wins, and provide optimizations.
• Manage email marketing initiatives, programs and calendars.
• Create email calendars integrated with other marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• multitask, prioritize and coordinate activities to meet agile deadlines.
• Own email marketing thought leadership within the team.
