829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E-Commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own Klaviyo-based lifecycle programs for clients on the Inbound Team. You will collaborate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social to shape campaigns and performance.

You’ll lead conversations about automation, data, and audiences, manage calendars, and ensure timely deployment of campaigns while mentoring teammates and serving as a thought leader on Email and Automation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• 2 years of Klaviyo experience minimum.
• Experience leading e-commerce lifecycle programs.
• Familiar with major ESPs and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and client satisfaction track record.
• Experience with marketing automation and lead generation.

Responsabilités

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Review monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to campaign or project challenges.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives—strategies, programs, and calendars.
• Create email marketing calendars integrated with other marketing initiatives.
• Own client relationships and define campaign vision with the team.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Multitask and coordinate activities to meet agile deadlines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Provide email marketing thought leadership.
