You will collaborate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to define best practices and drive data-driven email experiences for ecommerce brands.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience (agency experience preferred).
• Experience leading strategy for an e-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with ESPs and marketing automation tools.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and client engagements.
• Experience with marketing automation, email marketing and/or lead generation.
• Experience in digital advertising tech and analytics.
• Marketing experience with lead generation and nurturing strategies.
• SMS experience with platforms like Sakari and Attentive.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules and budgets.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and provide optimization recommendations.
• Be detail-oriented and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to ensure campaign completion.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives, programs and calendars.
• Create and implement email calendars aligned with other marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Multitask, prioritize, and coordinate activities to meet agile deadlines.
• Own email marketing thought leadership.
