829 Studios, a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency, seeks a mid-level E-commerce Email Marketing Strategist to drive Klaviyo lifecycle programs and lead client conversations.

You will own email marketing calendars, deploy campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to deliver data-driven results for e-commerce brands. Remote options available in multiple states.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, preferably in agencies
• Experience leading strategy for an E-commerce brand
• Familiarity with email platforms (Klaviyo, Marketo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Braze)
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and client satisfaction
• Experience involving marketing automation, email, and lead generation
• Experience within digital advertising landscape and related technologies
• Comfort with analytics and data-driven insights/reporting
• Experience building and managing campaigns with lead nurturing
• SMS experience with Sakari and Attentive

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans proactively to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals
• Review monthly performance reports and provide insights and recommendations
• Be detail-oriented and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Identify issues or challenges and recommend solutions
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives—strategies, programs, and calendars
• Create and implement email marketing calendars integrated with other marketing initiatives
• Ensure timely and successful deployment of all targeted email campaigns
• Multitask, prioritize and coordinate activities to meet agile deadlines
• Own email marketing thought leadership
