Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking an ECMO Specialist (RN or RT) to operate and maintain ECMO circuits for patients requiring long-term cardiopulmonary support. You will work under the direction of an ECMO physician and coordinator, coordinating with the care team to deliver high-quality treatment.

The ideal candidate has ICU/critical care experience, active RN or RRT licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable.

Qualifikationen

• RN or RT with ICU/critical care experience.
• Current state RN license or RRT license.
• BLS/ACLS required; PALS where applicable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days/nights.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

• Operate and maintain ECMO circuit and equipment.
• Work independently under physician and coordinator guidance.
• Collaborate with care team to plan and deliver ECMO care.
• Monitor patient status and ECMO circuit; troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
