Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking an ECMO Specialist to operate and maintain ECMO circuits for patients requiring long-term pulmonary or cardiac support. You will collaborate with the ECMO Physician, ECMO Coordinator, and the broader care team to plan and deliver care, monitor patient status, and manage ECMO equipment.

You must have ICU or Critical Care experience as RN or Respiratory Therapist and be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year ICU or Critical Care experience as RN or RT.
• Two years ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.
• Current RN license or RT certification and BLS/ACLS; PALS as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain ECMO circuit and equipment for long-term support.
• Collaborate with ECMO physician and coordinator and health care team.
• Monitor patient status and ECMO circuit, adjust as needed.
• Identify and correct problems with ECMO procedures and care.
