Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an experienced HPE SLED East Channel Manager to lead growth across public sector accounts and partners. You will drive GTM initiatives, expand HPE portfolio adoption, and collaborate with HPE, Arrow supplier teams, and channel partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep HPE knowledge, public sector procurement experience, and a track record of revenue growth through channel partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of channel sales or supplier management experience.
• 5+ years supporting or selling HPE solutions across multiple portfolio areas.
• Proven success in public sector procurement, contracts, and buying cycles.
• Experience building and executing partner growth strategies through indirect channels.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
• Strong collaboration with executive leadership, sales teams, and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the HPE East SLED growth strategy across public sector accounts and partners.
• Serve as Arrow's primary HPE SLED business leader for the Eastern region.
• Develop strategic account and partner plans aligned with HPE priorities and growth initiatives.
• Drive adoption across HPE portfolio, including Compute, Storage, Networking, Hybrid Cloud, AI, and Security.
• Build trusted relationships with HPE field leadership, partner managers, and public sector sellers.
• Identify, recruit, enable, and develop strategic reseller partners focused on SLED and Healthcare.
