Qualifications

• 5–8 years of CPG sales experience, with 2–5 years as a Director or Sr Manager.
• Experience with food and snack brands.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and distributor partners.
• Develop annual plans and track performance against goals.
• Monitor trade spending and conduct post-promo analysis.
• Lead and mentor a direct report.
• Attend customer meetings and trade shows.
