Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience within CPG, food distribution, protein, retail grocery, or related industries.
• Experience leading regional accounts and delivering measurable revenue growth.
• Procurement, sourcing, or category management exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify whitespace opportunities, emerging channels, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Deliver forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
