Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Director, Franchise Operations to drive results across Coca-Cola United’s East Region and translate priorities into territory plans that ensure Atlanta reflects Coca-Cola’s brand standards. The role leads with bottler partnerships and coordinates with regional teams to achieve volume, revenue, and profitable growth.

You will manage budgets, deploy commercial strategies, and champion market learning to improve outlet execution and performance across the territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor or higher degree in a business-related field; Master’s preferred.
7+ years in a CPG or similar organization with region/market experience.
Proven ability to translate strategies into territory operating plans and drive execution.

Responsibilities

Drive performance across the Coca-Cola portfolio within Coca-Cola United East Region, spanning all categories, brands, and packages.
Expand territory potential through SOVI, CDE, and outlet-level execution improvements.
Align Region, Division, Sales Center, and frontline teams on priorities across customers, channels, brands, and packages.
Lead the Franchise Operations contribution to the United East business plan with measurable outcomes.
Identify market potential differences and recommend priorities, resources, and interventions.
