Job summary

IQVIA MedTech Field Services is seeking technicians and engineers to lead a team installing, updating and servicing medical devices including infusion pumps and batteries in hospitals across the United States, delivering reliable customer support and advancing technical skills in the medical device industry.

This is a 100% travel position with local, regional and national travel; expect an assignment-based schedule, a 40-hour baseline plus overtime as needed, and the necessity to meet

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical or technical field service experience (3-5 years).
• Strong troubleshooting across multiple software programs remotely.
• Professional business acumen and effective communication.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or within a team.
• Strong time management to ensure on-time completion of projects.
• Active and unrestricted driver's license with a personal vehicle.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements and vaccination status if offered role.
• Up-to-date immunizations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test, install, and configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support documentation.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally; 40‑hour baseline with overtime as needed.
