Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead a team installing, updating, and servicing medical devices (infusion pumps, batteries) in hospitals across the United States. This 100% travel role requires travel locally, regionally, and nationally and includes an assignment-based schedule with a 40-hour commitment plus overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience.
• Strong computer skills and remote troubleshooting across software programs.
• Professional communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Active, unrestricted driver's license with personal vehicle for local work.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to clear hospital credentialing and immunization requirements.
• Willing to travel nationally a 40+ hour week commitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field service team installing, updating and servicing medical devices.
• Provide ongoing communication and on-site hospital staff support.
• Test, update and configure hardware, software and network products.
• Document daily data and maintain quality documentation.
• Travel regionally and nationally with assignment-based schedules.
