Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent military or technical field service experience (3–5 years).
• Strong computer skills and remote troubleshooting across multiple software programs.
• Excellent communication and professionalism in customer interactions.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and sit/stand for long periods.
• Immunization and credentialing requirements may apply.
• Willingness to travel 100% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices, install and configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Conduct routine checks and document data from product tests after installation.
• Record daily data and maintain high‑quality documentation.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally as required.
• Maintain assignment-based schedule with 40-hour weeks and overtime as needed.
