Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks experienced Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead a team installing, updating and servicing medical devices, including infusion pumps and batteries, across hospitals in the United States. This 100% travel role requires an associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service background, strong computer and communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

The position supports travel nationwide with an assignment-based schedule and 40-hour weeks

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience.
• 3–5 years field experience preferred.
• Strong computer and troubleshooting skills for remote project setup and issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team installing, updating and servicing medical devices in hospitals.
• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site staff.
• Test, configure hardware/software/networks and document data.
• Travel locally, regionally and nationally with a 40+ hour week commitment.
