Job summary

Commure is hiring an Ambulatory AI Specialist to grow its footprint in ambulatory organizations. You will own the full sales cycle for new-logo independent and specialty practices, multi-site medical groups, MSOs, and other outpatient entities.

Lead with the platform’s value, then expand within Commure’s ecosystem. You will target clinical and financial buyers, build ROI cases, and collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to close deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years selling SaaS, AI, or tech-enabled services into ambulatory healthcare.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a new-logo, full-cycle role.
• Experience selling to clinical and financial buyers and building ROI cases for practice owners and CFOs.
• Working knowledge of ambulatory workflows, the physician revenue cycle, and documentation challenges.
• Familiarity with common ambulatory EHRs such as athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, ModMed, and Epic Community Connect.
• Strong discipline in Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Experience selling clinical workflow including Ambient AI, medical scribe solutions, remote patient monitoring, or RCM services.
• Existing relationships with medical groups, MSOs, or PE-backed physician platforms in the territory.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline within assigned ambulatory accounts using outbound outreach, events, referral partners, and EHR ecosystem relationships.
• Lead consultative discovery to uncover a practice's clinical, financial, and operational pain; expand accounts and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
• Partner with solutions engineering, implementation, and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful go-lives.
• Maintain accurate, current opportunity data in Salesforce; stay informed on ambulatory market trends and payer reimbursement.
• Hit quarterly and annual targets for new-logo bookings.
