Job summary

Commure, the AI Operating System for healthcare, is hiring an Ambulatory AI Specialist to own the full sales cycle for ambulatory practices and MSOs. You will start with the product that addresses a practice's most urgent problem and expand across the Commure platform.

Your book is ambulatory. You will engage with independent and specialty practices, multi-site groups, and outpatient organizations, building ROI cases for clinical and financial buyers while collaborating with solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years selling SaaS, AI, or tech-enabled services into ambulatory healthcare.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a new-logo, full-cycle role.
• Experience selling to both clinical and financial buyers, and building ROI cases that resonate with practice owners and CFOs.
• Working knowledge of ambulatory workflows, the physician revenue cycle, and documentation challenges.
• Familiarity with ambulatory EHRs such as athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, ModMed, and Epic Community Connect.
• Strong discipline in Salesforce and pipeline management.
• Experience selling clinical workflow including, Ambient AI, Medical scribe solutions, remote patient monitoring, or RCM services
• Existing relationships with medical groups, MSOs, or PE-backed physician platforms in [territory].
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline by identifying, prospecting, and building pipeline within assigned ambulatory accounts using outbound outreach, events, referral partners, and EHR ecosystem relationships.
• Lead consultative discovery to uncover a practice's clinical, financial, and operational pain; expand accounts with cross-sell opportunities.
• Partner with solutions engineering, implementation, and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and go-lives.
• Maintain accurate, current opportunity data in Salesforce and stay informed on ambulatory market, competitors, and payer trends.
• Hit quarterly and annual targets for new-logo bookings.
