Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Finance from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
• Task related practical EVM expertise/experience in EVM execution and analysis.
• Working knowledge of EVM standards including EAC/ETC/BOE/IBR/OTB/OTS.
• Previous DoD EVMS experience.
• Project start-up experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily Earned Value Management System tasks in a rapid prototyping environment.
• Provide technical advice and assistance to internal and external customers on earned value.
• Analyze, evaluate, and validate program cost/schedules and EVMS software tools.
• Interface with all organizational levels and lead monthly customer meetings.
• Ensure compliance with EVM standards and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to start and launch projects.
