Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, based in East Hartford, CT, is seeking an EVMS-focused professional to support earned value management and program analysis. You will collaborate with the Program Management Office and Engineering to guide budgeting, scheduling, and performance reporting.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, cross-functional communication, and adherence to military/commercial program processes in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with 5+ years of analytical and trending skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS implementation and project management tools with guidance to technical areas.
• Provide program management guidance to ensure adherence to EVMS guidelines.
• Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis for budgeting and performance.
• Assist with monthly EAC reviews and program reviews.
• Prepare and reconcile data for external customers and program plans.
