Job summary

Leidos seeks a Principal EVMS Analyst for the Engineering & Advanced Hypersonics Division in Huntsville, AL. You will lead EVMS policy execution, interface with PFAs and CAMs, and provide hands-on EVM support across critical programs.

You will contribute to the Corporate Earned Value Management COE, ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies while growing government customer relationships and driving program growth.

Qualifications

• BA degree and 12+ years of DoD prime contractor experience or Master’s with 10+ years of experience.
• Advanced expertise using OPDEC IPM/Deltek Cobra EVM tools and IPMDAR formats.
• Ability to interface with PFAs, CAMs, PMs, and executives.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Execute EVMS policies and practices across programs.
• Support surveillance, audits, and reviews with Director of Surveillance.
• Develop EVMS talent, manage performance, and shape business strategy.
• Provide EVMS guidance to improve portfolio performance and decisions.
• Interface with program managers, contracts, and senior technical personnel.
