Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a Program Analyst to support the Director of Programs and senior managers. The role focuses on qualitative and quantitative analyses, with emphasis on Budget/Risk Analysis using EVMS techniques and performance metrics.

The analyst will assist with contract planning, policy review, and data collection, while updating overhead budgets and generating insightful reports for program and project-level decisions. A fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent with 4-8 years of technical experience.
• Experience in EVMS environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Deltek, Cost Point, COGNOS and COBRA.
• Knowledge of DoD FAR, DFAS CAS, DFARS and GAGAS.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Programs and Program Managers with duties as assigned.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses focusing on budget/risk using EVMS techniques.
• Plan, establish and review contracts, programs, policies and procedures; research contract issues.
• Perform analyses and provide recommendations on contract performance.
• Update and monitor overhead budgets; collect, analyze and report data.
