Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a leader in aerospace propulsion, is seeking a Program Earned Value Analyst to join the Earned Value Analysis and Reporting organization. You will collaborate with the Program Management Office and Engineering to apply EVMS methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis for Military Engines programs.

You will guide task budgeting, perform risk assessments, and support reviews with internal teams and external customers, ensuring rigorous adherence to program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience OR Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a minimum of 5+ years of analytical and trending skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; position may require access to systems/tools restricted to U.S. citizens.

Responsibilities

• Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes.
• Provide project management guidance to program team to ensure adherence to EVMS guidelines.
• Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis for budgeting and program performance.
• Assist with monthly program Estimate-at-Complete reviews and Monthly/Quarterly Program Review preparation.
• Coordinate monthly data reconciliation and provide EV or project plan data to the program manager and customer.
