Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT seeks a Program Analyst to join the Earned Value Management and Reporting organization. This role collaborates with the Program Management Office and Engineering to deliver performance data and analysis for the NGAP program.

You will guide budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis, producing monthly reports and coordinating with CIPT/IPT budget owners and core Finance teams to support program reviews and internal/government reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience; Advanced Degree with 3+ years preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and trending skills.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills; strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support proper implementation of EVMS and project management tools and processes.
• Provide project management guidance to ensure adherence to EVMS guidelines.
• Compile IPMDAR reports approved by the Program Manager for external customers.
• Facilitate monthly data reconciliation and publish compliant Earned Value data.
• Support monthly program Estimate-at-Complete reviews and Monthly/Quarterly Program Review prep.
• Assist with compliance reviews and periodic process audits (DCAA, DCMA).
