Job summary

Leidos seeks a Senior EVM Analyst to lead Earned Value Management within the Defense Systems Sector's Kinetic Effects Division, based onsite in Huntsville, AL. The role provides hands-on EVMS support and ensures compliance with contractual requirements and company policy.

You will interface with PFAs, Schedulers, CAMs, PMs, and executives, driving program growth and surveillance across portfolios.

Qualifications

Requires a BA degree and 8–12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6–10 years of prior relevant experience.
Must have expertise using OPDEC IPM/Deltek Cobra EVM tools.
IPMR/IPMDAR Formats.
Leading Variance Narrative efforts.
Subcontractor data integration.
Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
Onsite work in Huntsville, Alabama several days a week.

Responsibilities

Execute program EVMS policies and practices.
Support internal and external surveillance, audits and reviews.
Support EVMS talent development, performance management, and business strategy.
Provide EVMS analysis to improve program performance.
Align material management and manufacturing with EVMS best practices.
Develop advanced EVMS concepts, techniques, standards.
Support EVMS team with deliverables and issue resolution.
Interact with senior executive leadership on strategic matters.
Negotiate and develop shared solutions with internal and external parties.
Interface with Program Managers, Contracts, and senior technical personnel.
Contribute to new business proposals through EVMS requirements and schedule input.
