Pratt & Whitney’s EVA & R organization seeks a self-motivated Senior Analyst to support PMO and Engineering customers. You will provide guidance on project management, budgeting, scheduling, and earned value analysis for the F135 program using EVMS tools and methodologies.

The role involves coordinating with technical areas, performing risk assessments, and preparing materials for program reviews, while ensuring compliance with government oversight and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with no minimum experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with 2+ years of analytical and trending skills.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for access to program information.

Responsibilities

• Guide EVMS and PM tools/processes across technical teams during plan and task analysis.
• Provide program guidance to ensure EVMS guidelines are followed.
• Conduct risk assessments and what-if analyses for budgeting and performance.
• Assist with EAC reviews and Monthly Program Review preparations.
• Coordinate monthly data reconciliation for earned value or project plans.
• Support compliance reviews (DCAA, DCMA, Joint Surveillance) and audits.
