Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Principal Program EVMS Analyst to lead Earned Value Management across a portfolio of defense programs. You will provide hands-on EVMS support, ensure compliance, and interface with program finance, schedulers, CAMs, and executives to drive performance and growth.

The role requires a BA with 12+ years (or a MA with 10+ years) in DoD environments, expertise in OPDEC IPM/Deltek Cobra, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Onsite in Huntsville, AL is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA degree and 12+ years of experience or a Master's with 10+ years in DOD as a Prime Contractor.
• Must have advanced expertise using OPDEC IPM/Deltek Cobra EVM tools.
• IPMDAR Formats familiarity.
• Experience leading variance narrative efforts.
• Subcontractor data integration experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Onsite work in Huntsville, AL is required; local candidates preferred.
