Job summary

Tarragon is looking for its first sales hire to own the top of the funnel, identify operators, and book qualified meetings for the founders who manage the rest of the deal. You will work directly with the founders with no intermediate layer and help build our go-to-market engine from day one.

In this early role you’ll prospect via calls, LinkedIn, email, and socials, construct target lists for multi-unit restaurant operators, and maintain a clean CRM.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an outbound sales role or equivalent experience.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Comfortable on the phone, including voicemail and gatekeepers.

Responsibilities

• Run highly personalized outreach via calls, LinkedIn, email, socials.
• Build targeted email outreach and prospecting with room to shape methods.
• Qualify interest and book meetings that meet handoff criteria.
• Maintain CRM with all touches and outcomes.
