Table22 is hiring a Business Development Representative to identify high-potential leads and build relationships with hospitality operators across the United States. You’ll work with Account Executives and other Growth teams to refine outbound tactics and generate a steady pipeline of qualified merchants.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, curious about AI tools, and comfortable engaging restaurant owners and operators daily.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a BDR/SDR or sales-adjacent role (SaaS or hospitality tech a plus).
• Excellent written and spoken English with empathy for small business owners.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and metrics-driven.
• Curious about AI tools, GTM systems, and growth in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new leads across CRM, inbound, and outbound channels.
• Own outreach via email, phone, and social (HubSpot sequences, Instagram DM, LinkedIn).
• Engage operators to understand business, challenges, and fit for Table22.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule demos and craft messaging.
