Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Technician - Bus Fabrication in Smyrna, GA. The role involves assembling panelboards/switchboards, wiring, and testing to ensure quality and compliance with drawings and instructions.

You will work 6:30AM–3PM with opportunities for overtime, cross-training across departments, and a variable incentive program. Benefits start on day one and include health, vacation, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in an assembly role with hand/power tools.
• Residence within 50 miles of the work location is required.
• Overtime and lifting 35 lbs regularly may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panelboards and switchboards per specs using hand and power tools.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and conformance to specs.
• Prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain Lean 5S guidelines and promote safe work practices.
• Cross-train across functions as needed.
