Job summary

Eaton is hiring for an Assembler- Panelboards on 1st shift in the Syracuse, NY area. You will assemble, wire, and test panel components according to blueprints and customer specifications, ensuring quality through inspections.

The role requires experience in panel wiring and basic metal fabrication, with an emphasis on safety and TPM practices. The position pays hourly and offers exposure to varied electrical assembly tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year panel wiring experience.
• Minimum 6 months basic metal fabrication experience.
• Candidate must reside within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and test rack components per blueprints and customer specs.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and lay out, cut, strip, and connect wires as required.
• Operate hand and power tools, cranes, and electrical test equipment to ensure quality.
• Prepare racks for shipping and coordinate with QA during final inspections.
• Maintain clean work area and follow TPM and safety regulations.
