Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls to resolve driver, sales rep, and customer issues; relay route updates.
• Create, update, and distribute reports supporting transportation operations.
• Maintain transportation metrics and backhaul spreadsheets.
• Coordinate backhaul orders and vendor communications.
• Support training of junior clerical teammates.
