US Foods is seeking a Routing Supervisor to manage daily outbound shipments, ensuring routes are scheduled and sequenced accurately and efficiently. You will analyze routes, drive improvements, and lead routing projects with sales and warehouse teams.

The role requires 3+ years in transportation supervision, strong MS Office and routing software skills, and a focus on safety, cost control, and on-time deliveries. Competitive base pay and benefits apply, with an annual incentive plan possible.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a transportation/operations supervisory role and 3 years of routing experience in high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and routing software.

Responsabilités

• Ensure optimum delivery reliability by analyzing routes and driving efficiencies.
• Initiate routing projects to reduce miles, increase on-time performance and optimize depots.
• Schedule and facilitate routing meetings with sales leadership to align on delivery windows.
• Drive fuel and miles savings by improving goal distance and supervise routers.
