Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in warehouse administrative or clerical position.
• Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and resolve driver, sales representative and customer issues.
• Create and maintain reports and files in Excel and other software for transportation operations.
• Assist in backhaul scheduling, dispatch information, and coordinating with vendors.
• Support logistics by scheduling pick-ups and documenting backhaul activities.
