US Foods in Fresno is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support dispatch and backhauls, performing general clerical duties and assisting in daily logistics operations.

The role requires at least two years of warehouse administrative or clerical experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; exposure to Omnitracs and Kronos is a plus. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with potential overtime as needed.

• Two years minimum experience in warehouse administrative or clerical role.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support transportation and logistics functions through clerical tasks and assisting in backhauls.
• Answer incoming calls and resolve driver, sales rep, and customer issues; communicate route updates to drivers.
• Create, update, and communicate reports using Excel and other systems for transportation operations.
• Assist in damages and shorts process by notifying vendors and drivers and completing related paperwork.
• Coordinate backhaul scheduling and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
