Michaels Store – Bala Cynwyd, PA is seeking a helpful team member to assist customers, manage checkout, and participate in stock and merchandising tasks. You will help customers locate products, enroll them in rewards programs, and support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.

The role involves truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms, with an emphasis on friendly service and store recovery to ensure an inviting, in-stock environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and general store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
