Michaels is hiring at the Westwood, MA location for a Store Associate to help customers shop and find products, while ensuring a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-store recovery to keep the shop well merchandised.

The role offers involvement with omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS), rewards enrollments, and voice-of-customer education, with a safety-conscious, team-focused environment. Availability for varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves; assist with unloading trucks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS & SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; complete returns/go back
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; interact respectfully with customers and teammates
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
