Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate in Millbury, MA to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-stock merchandise while supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes. Applicants should be comfortable standing for long periods, lifting up to heavy boxes, and working nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollment
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise availability
• Support store safety and shrink programs
