Job summary

Michaels Stores in Salem, NH is seeking a team member to assist customers, locate products, and ensure a quick, friendly checkout experience. You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, and keep the store well-merchandised and in stock, supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pick Up in Store and Ship From Store.

Responsibilities include educating customers on rewards programs, completing enrollments, and adhering to SOPs while promoting a positive image and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to perform multiple store duties including stocking and front-end tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and perform merchandise recovery.
