Job summary

Michaels in Wareham, MA is seeking a friendly Team Member to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining store brand standards.

You will also participate in BOPIS/SFS, engage customers in the Michaels Rewards program, and support safety and shrinkage programs while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain merchandise and store recovery, including returns go-back process.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
