JCPenney is seeking an Operations Associate in Pennsylvania to help create an outstanding customer experience every day. This is an early morning, in-store role where you will work with a team to complete tasks before the store opens.

You will handle pricing and signing, replenishment, backroom organization, and omni-channel duties while ensuring merchandising plans are followed and store standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced store environment.
• Basic merchandising and stockroom practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with questions.
• Execute pricing and signing across merchandise in the store.
• Replenish and restock floor items to meet customer demand.
• Receive and unload merchandise and process backroom inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe backroom standards.
• Support omnichannel initiatives including BOPIS and ship-from-store.
• Help execute merchandising plans and maintain standards.
