Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail experience or similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and fast-paced environment.
• Aptitude for shelf replenishment, pricing updates and sign changes.
• Comfort with omnichannel processes and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with questions.
• Execute pricing and signing updates store-wide quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock to ensure sizes/styles are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise and maintain backroom organization.
• Support omnichannel tasks including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
